An established HVAC and contracting business, moving from a cash-flow operation to a growth-centered one expanding across the St. Louis area. We wrote the growth plan and financial model, built the brand, and are building the operating system around the owner's phone, starting with invoices and receipts that work with no signal.

Voids and corrections issued as new documents, so nothing is edited after it goes out
Invoice numbers that never skip, and a log of every money action and the device it came from
Encrypted backups every six hours, kept for up to seven years
